 La Boucherie is committed to the safety and the well being  of our customers and staff. We would like to remind and reassure our customers our hygiene standards have always been high and in line with the Food Authority of NSW, the Food Standards of Australia and WHO (World Health Organisation).
 
Measures implemented:
  • All staff awareness to COVID-19 and its seriousness
  • Cleaning of hands frequently with soap and water for 20 secs, or sanitiser
  • Practice cough etiquette
  • Social distancing
  • Staff showing flu like symptoms are sent back home and has to visit a GP and given medical clearance to come back to work
  • Maintain thorough cleaning & sanitising of facility and equipment
  • Cashless option available
  • Handover service wearing gloves or antiseptic hand rub
