What is the Bluegrass collection?

Bluegrass is the iconic red wine collection from Saddlers Creek Wines, loved for over 30 years. This dinner showcases both the 2023 current releases and cellar-aged vintages from 2016, so you can taste what time does to these wines.


Is food included?

Yes. Four courses of French dining by La Boucherie, each designed to match the wines being poured. The set menu includes amuse bouche, two main courses and dessert.


How do I get to La Boucherie?

La Boucherie is at 3B Old Northern Road, Baulkham Hills. About 35 minutes by car from central Sydney. Free parking available at the venue.
